"I had best biryani at Bawarchi compared to other Indian restaurants in Delaware. The spice levels are perfect in Hyderabad Chicken Dum Biryani. And other dish I tried was gobi manchurian and it was really delicious."

"The food was OUTSTANDING. We ordered Mutter Paneer and Chicken Tikka Masala (along with Buttered Nan) and I was in heaven from the first bite ‘til the last, savoring the exquisitely artful blend of exotic flavors, delighted with each fragrant forkful. If you dine here, you’ll be treated to some of the finest Indian cuisine in the Greater Phoenix area. The service needs serious attention in order to bring it up to the level of the food. Our waiter seemed as though he’d never been trained in service, let alone supervised; when he finally delivered the bill to me covered with grease, it was a fitting finish to his long line of careless and clueless service faux pas. Fortunately, my elation over the quality of the food helped me look past his ineptitude. I would have brought this to the attention of the owner or manager, but there seemed to be no one over the waiter who had anything more than a “J.V.” (Junior Varsity) understanding of fine dining service. Also, there were numerous things broken in the restaurant (the booths are unusable; do not try sitting in them; the table have much better lighting anyway; and numerous items in the rest room were broken and unusable; this is a theme throughout this restaurant). The chef here is so excellent that I must stress that this restaurant is a culinary treasure for our community. If Chennai Chettinaad Palace brings in a front-of-house manager to train the waitstaff in proper service and attention to detail and brings the service here up to the same level as the outstanding food served at this restaurant, it could be one of the finest restaurants in North Phoenix. Please support this restaurant. You will be absolutely delighted by the outstanding quality of the cuisine served here. And I hope that the owners/managers will take action so that in the future we can also be delighted by the quality of the service experience as well."

"Definitely will not return here. The food is very average. Barely any flavor and poorly made. Little value for money. The service is deplorable. There is no one managing the crowd waiting to be served, nor does it seem that there is a method by which they seat persons. It took forever for a server to show up and when she did, she was rude, did not appear to be interested in answering questions and essentially rushed us. I ordered a Coke , which came hot and when I asked for ice, she indicated that they were not serving ice right now . So I drank a hot coke with a tasteless meal."

"the guy in the front desk has big attitude, who don?t care to seat a customer nor acknowledge the waiting customer when there is hardly one person there is called not just attitude, it?s careless ness. Food is decent and because of service guys, cleanliness, I gave 3, else no worth one star. Fish was salty and the chicken curry is bit bland."

"Simple vegetarian Indian restaurant featuring both southern dosa and northern curry dishes. The portions are reasonable (not overwhelmingly heavy and large) and flavorful. We started with the pav bahji, which were good but nothing special. Three of us had the dosas (two lentil based and one moong bean based), all delicious and filling. Definitely worth a repeat visit if I'm in the Village again."

"We visited the Fremont Branch a few times. It seemed a good place at first and we were mentally rooted for them. Until a cockroache was found in the Rasam. How many people had the tap juice this day? As we pointed out, very embarrassing, surprisingly, there was no excuse or even an offer to refund. You're drunk. I think success has gone in their heads and they think that their low prices are enough to convince you to ignore only the complete lack of hygiene. I'm sorry we can't. Our child was with us and this can cause serious illness. Also due to their non-chalant attitude, they lost a loyal customer this day."

"We stopped at this bakery on our way home, and I am sure glad we did because everything I purchased was delicious. Mango Cakes, Black Forrest Cake, and Tiramisu were delicious--soft, melt-in-your-mouth creamy. Sweet, but not too sweet. Just baby bear, right! The Samosas and everything else we bought was also authentic and delicious! I found a new place to fill my tummy. We will be back! ?"
