"I ordered a bouquet for Mothers Day and added the chocolate truffles. When the order was delivered there were no truffles. The dasher attempted to show the store but they were rude and told her that it wasnt included in the order despite her trying to show them. I placed 2 orders and the second one was correct thank god. Cannot call the store the phone number does not work. Now I sent my mom flowers and no chocolate like I paid to do. At least look at your orders and make sure theyre correct especially on popular holidays. Also dont be rude when someone is trying to help you fix what is obviously a mistake on your end. Big blooper on Mothers Day. Wont shop again."

"Really small roses. They just put two separate bouquets of petite roses and shipped it. You could find much better flowers at Safeway"
"Poor quality stale roses. Some of these had brown color patch (discoloration). Within a day or two, many of the roses were already almost dead. You would get better roses at the grocery store and half the price. There was nothing premium about these."
"The flowers and candies were perfect. I had ordered flowers early from a local florist who never delivered and is ignoring phone calls. I was so upset but wanted to make sure my mom had flowers this place came in clutch. Perfect delivery in an hour and the flower were gorgeous."
