"I ordered a bouquet for Mothers Day and added the chocolate truffles. When the order was delivered there were no truffles. The dasher attempted to show the store but they were rude and told her that it wasnt included in the order despite her trying to show them. I placed 2 orders and the second one was correct thank god. Cannot call the store the phone number does not work. Now I sent my mom flowers and no chocolate like I paid to do. At least look at your orders and make sure theyre correct especially on popular holidays. Also dont be rude when someone is trying to help you fix what is obviously a mistake on your end. Big blooper on Mothers Day. Wont shop again."

it was nice and the bouquet smelled good. The bouquet did look a little messy, but the flowers in it looked pretty fresh.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my fiancée. The ordering and quickness of delivery was amazing. The quality of flowers was not... about half of the flowers were close to dead and low quality. Certainly not the same as ordering from a florist but I guess thats to be expected.
