"we believed that this place was good. the restaurant was loud and crowded, tables are too close together, eating was just ok. there were many dings wrong with this experience. 1) we waited for about 10 min until someone comes to the table, waited for water/bread for another 5 min. 2) the brot was stale and they seem upset when I asked for butter 3) there is a $10 release for entrees. that's in bad taste. 4) restaurant has a policy of no substitutions for meals, again bad taste and shows that the restaurant does not care about the effects of its customers. 5) we were told that we had to order both our appetizers and our escapes, although we demanded more time. 6) the waiter was usually absent in our meal 7) the workers generally seem harried, unorganized and not in the position to handle their tables."
