"I usually enjoy eating at JJs because they are fast at delivering your food. I prefer to write positive reviews rather than negative ones. Unfortunately, I ordered food before my lunch break at work, thinking it would arrive on time as my workplace is only 5 minutes away. After 45 minutes, my order tracker showed that the food was delivered, but I did not receive it. When I called the restaurant, they said the driver had been called back and my order would arrive soon. However, after another 30 minutes, my food still hadn't arrived and my lunch break had already passed. When I called to cancel my order and request a refund, I was hung up on. I contacted customer support and was informed that I would receive a refund, but it has been almost two weeks of back and forth with no sign of my refund. I am extremely disappointed with this experience."

"My lower part was so fast that I freaked out LITERALLY. I was in the hospital when I freaked out. "Absolutely disappointed! I have ordered from jimmy johns at least 10 times and every single time my order is wrong or something is missing. I even double check my receipt to make sure I ordered it correctly. I understand that it gets very busy around lunch time but ,this is extremely unacceptable. I’ve had my money returned, I’ve waited the hour it takes to bring the items back to me and I’ve gotten the item credited to me and all I want is just for once to get my order correct. "For the past six months this has been the slowest drive-through that I’ve ever encountered. They are consistently slow and the cashiers seem like it’s their first day every day. Today, the cashier in the drive-through actually cursed me while I was ordering lunch. Is this really how they train their employees? Me and my family will never go there again! "I have a friend who recently introduced Jimmy John's. I heard of it, of course, but I never ate there. The food was delicious and the price of the sandwiches was also very sufficient. I've returned to Jimmy Johns three times a week for lunch. I'll stop at Jimmy John's for lunch in the future. I made jokes with my friend that she's been cracking me at Jimmy John's sandwich since. "We ordered a box of subs a day before we needed them from this location, 8pm pickup time before they closed at 9pm on a Friday. The location called around 4pm saying they were closing early due to staffing issues. My husband tried to call back to find out if they were able to cancel/refund the order or if they needed us to pick it up earlier and they hung up on him. We waited a few days since maybe it would drop off and not go through. It did get charged and it wasn't until WE called them (Wednesday at this point) that they told us we'd need to dispute the charge with our bank and they couldn't refund it. No time in 5 days had the location tried to contact us, and now we have to jump through hoops to get our money back from Jimmy Johns terrible business practice! Update with timeline: purchase Nov 25, requested refund/dispute charge with bank Nov 30, contacted Ohio Attorney General complaint on 12/8. Still no refund, or reimbursement as of 12/16 …still out $66.29"
