"Love hitting this place up when I'm in the neighborhood. I'm the biggest fan of Mr. John, himself, but I can make an exception for a Vito with pickled peppers and sprouts. This is one of the few locations you can get sprouts, last I checked. If that's your thing, get over here."

"The sweet tea isn't sweet but I can expect that being in the north and from the south. Meal was great, may need to work on the app as my delivery was supposed to be 8:17-8:19 and I got told delivery was out at 8:49. I of course already had my food and ate. All in all still a good choice for food as always."

"Great sandwich, quick delivery5/15/23 updateI made an online order today and I was sadly disappointed. I ordered a lil john and a regular sandwich combo. I asked that they both be cut in half. I got a full sandwich and half of a lil john sandwich. When I called to ask where my other 1/2 sandwich was I was told they ran out of bread so they put it on a half a regular 8inch bread. That was NOT the case it was still the smaller bread, just cut in half. I am not sure if the person I was talking to didn't know what was done with the sandwiches but in any case I got charged for the sandwich that I didn't get.The food is pricey. The delivery is also costly since I am so close and then to not get what I ordered AND to be told something that totally wasn't true is very disappointing. I am not impressed! I guess I will just take my business elsewhere.BAD FORM JIMMY JOHNS!!!"

"Super convenient location Close to tons of businesses downtown, and right next to the hospital. If you 're walking in, great... If you 're driving there, parking is awful. And if you 're considering delivery, JUST DON 'T. It 's absolutely awful. Freaky fast is a joke Our office is only about a mile away and it always takes at least 30 45 minutes, most of the time over an hour. Multiple times, we 've waited over 2 hours and when we call to check order status, we 're told Oh, none of our drivers showed up today. This location DOES NOT PRIORITIZE DELIVERY."

"I have to say that I'm really pleasantly surprised... after a day at the zoo we wanted to go back to the hotel room a little bit easily. Our subs were done exactly as we ordered. I ordered on the site when we were on the street for about 5 minutes and when we were there they were finished. We ate half of our subs shortly after picking up and saved the other half for later. Even after 4-5 hours in the refrigerator, they really stopped and didn't get too much. The bread was really good and fresh. I am a north where we have a lot of good food, so my expectations are usually quite low here and that was probably one of the best subs I had in the south."

"They dont use door dash drivers apparently and only have one delivery driver. My estimated time said 20 mins when I ordered and it took over an hour. I called the store to get an update and the girl who answered was extremely rude... I paid 50$ for my entire order and all of the sandwiches are old and soggy. definitely not a great experience. Waste of money"
