"Lunch was creamy mac n cheese with bacon and a very lightly warmed baguette, all well seasoned. Restaurant was clean, well lit, fairly quiet and the staff who waited on us were all professional. Family and old folk friendly! Overall it was a good experience. We will be going back again."

"I love Panera Bread. The food is great, with delicious and healthy soups and salads. I really appreciate being able to order from the kiosks. My son especially enjoys the new flatbread pizza, which has a delicious sauce. The location is visible from the 202/101 freeway, near Chandler Mall and various stores like Target and shoe stores. Harkins theater is also nearby. Overall, it's a convenient and tasty option for a meal."

"This is a one of the smaller chain restaurants with a drive through and sit down area. You can order at the counter or on the screens. The menu is listed above the order area. My complaint is that the menu is a bit difficult to read while you are in line. I wish they would post a menu near the entry door so that you could decide before getting to the head of the line. Other than that, service was pleasant and quick. I decided on the Crispy Chicken salad and Thai Chicken soup. Once you go through the line and pay for the meal, you are given a pager. The pager will buzz and light up when your meal is ready. We only waited about 5 minutes to get our meals and each of our pagers began to buzz. The salads were nice and fresh with chicken. The soup was fragrant with hints of lemon grass and coconut milk. Yummy. You should bus your used dishes as you get ready to depart. Plenty of free parking outside."

"very disappointed,You huge advertised new chicken sandwich is tiny! the little piece was so small that I had to open sandwich to see if it was there. it would not even satisfy the appetit of a child, and that is all. a complete demolition. Do not waste your time or your money. I also tried her chicken soup broth bowl and was also extremely tiny and just a small piece of chicken. very poor quality of food and expensive. the kitchen staff has never apologized. rude! save their authorities and a bad experience there are other healthy options out there"

"It?s a good place to work, study, meet, etc. Great location with plenty of outdoor seating. Lots of drink options. Food is hit or miss! Mostly the portion size and quality doesn?t match the price. But some items are good. The New Mexican Street Corn Soup is delicious (I took a photo, but looks like it disappeared! . The New Strawberry Poppyseed With Chicken Salad looks great, unfortunately, they were having a bad lettuce day and it ruined the salad-so couldn?t eat it ???? but points for the operating partner who quickly resolved the situation! ???? Decent amount of parking and clean restrooms! It?s right in front of the mall on Cactus!"

"Just went tonight to study and have a Mac n Cheese sandwich. Very disappointed because it was STONE COLD in the middle. Sent it back and the next one I got was lukewarm at best. I did not pay $11 for a cold mac n cheese sandwich. They blamed it on the mac n cheese and tried to say it was too thick to get hot. Not an excuse.The only thing that kept me from rating it 1 star is that the manager was apologetic and gave me a coupon for a free pick two. I rarely ever send food back, but to make the same mistake twice is frustrating. Won’t be eating here again."

"The ordering kiosks are difficult to navigate, and getting help to operate them is next to impossible. The credit card machine at our kiosk was not working. We had to wait a long time to get help. There was a single worker in front of house at lunch time, and she called a manager to help with another customer, and then stood there watching the manager solve the problem without trying to assist other customers who had been waiting. This place could really turn things around with some good training, and with removing the awful self serve kiosks."

"Avoid!! Dishwasher not working means they 're not washing their dishes. Salad was green and slimy and the baguette had a bite taken out of it. LITERALLY, it had a human bite taken out of my food. This got tossed in the garbage where it belonged. The sandwich didn 't have anything but lettuce, and one scoop of chicken salad that was not even spread around. In the wrapper we 're about 20 little cherry tomatoes that were barley sliced, just tossed.on and the wrapped up. Quality folks work here."

"I was here several times. Always clean and friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious! I did a star because the coffee drinks, while also delicious, are very inconsistent in strength. Sometimes they are perfect and on my last visit the Iced Mocha Latte tasted my mom as if it had a double shot of espresso and my frozen caramel was also quite strong. Panera Bread is MY Favorite!"

"Went today to the suprise Panera bread location. As soon as I walk in there is no customer service at all. After I ordered my food I saw nothing but dirty tables as well as dirty dishes everywhere. Food all over the floor. Saw employee come out of the restroom did not see her wash her hands or use hand sanitizer and proceed to break bread and serve food to customers without gloves. When I finally received my food the Mac and cheese was very cold like it had been sitting there a long time. The sandwich I ordered was very dry and stale and the bread was very hard to chew. I will never eat at this establishment again the only good thing about this experience was the manager who gave us a Refund. Do yourself a favor and do not eat at this location. Changes need to be made"

"I have been to this restaurant several times and the mac and cheese dish has always been amazing. Recently, I ordered a pizza that was slightly damaged, but the woman at the counter was extremely friendly and eager to replace it. She even gave me extra tulip cookies, which was a very nice gesture. I really appreciated her kindness and wish more places were as genuine as this one!"

"I went to this panera and ordered a salad through the mobile app. Easy. Except my car doesn't have AC now and I didn't want my salad to get bad from the heat. I asked the employees if I could get a cup of ice so I could try to keep the salad cold in a thermal bag I have. The employee insisted that a cup was not good enough and instead brought me an ice pocket. This gesture made my day and my salad was cool and delicious when I came home. Thanks for going beyond and beyond for me. I'm back."

"Nice looking and environment. Everything looks beautiful. Unfortunately it is not that good. It is expensive , hard croissants, sandwiches are small, the avocado from the sandwich taste from Costco boxes, coffee is not that warm. You paid the price of a large late but, you only get the small size if you are eating inside, better to go."

"This was a nice quiet place to have a business meeting without the sound that the other big name has coffee. We could have our meeting and a quick breakfast without distractions. The food was good and there are many healthy options to choose from."
