"I went to this panera and ordered a salad through the mobile app. Easy. Except my car doesn't have AC now and I didn't want my salad to get bad from the heat. I asked the employees if I could get a cup of ice so I could try to keep the salad cold in a thermal bag I have. The employee insisted that a cup was not good enough and instead brought me an ice pocket. This gesture made my day and my salad was cool and delicious when I came home. Thanks for going beyond and beyond for me. I'm back."

I reached a few days before our monthly event in Honeywell. I was connected to Tosca and she was absolutely brilliant and helped to choose the items in the catering menu and clarify doubts. Our monthly event begins early in the morning and it ensured that the foods were fresh and delivered on time.
