"I tried this place for the first time today. I ordered the blt, said it was coming on Cuban brot, but if I got that sandwich, it was only standard white bread. I also ordered the bordered greens, they charge $7 for a small cup. Unfortunately, half of him was fat and pigs and not much scratched green. the scratched greens are also very sweet, I assume that it meant to be. art of disappointment"

"they advertised 2 for 1 appetizers and that is why we went. We tried this restaurant 4 yrs. ago and wasn't all that great then that is why we didn't come back. So we thought we would give it another try and it was still pretty much the same thing. Although I did get a hair in my appetizer which was off putting. They brought me another app but everyone was finished eating by the time it got there!! I was not overly impressed with the food and the decor has not changed at all since the last time we were there."

"I absolutely love the granita; it's incredible! However, the service has really declined. I haven't seen Jerry in a while; I wonder if he has switched locations or something. He was my favorite barista because he always remembered my name and was incredibly friendly. If you're considering visiting, you might want to try a different location. But definitely don't miss out on the granita!"

"Took my best friend for dinner tonight to celebrate her birthday. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Shout out to Luke who was very accommodating and especially to Danielle who couldn’t be nicer! Love her! I’d definitely return. Any kinks were worked out pleasantly and quickly. Danielle is really an asset to Amis with her big smile, friendly attitude and sense of humor. The only recommendation I’d give is to make sure your website actually syncs with Open Table and to be faster while responding to phone calls. Other than that, it was a great experience."

"from welcome to the door to service (sydney) and eating is every part of this restaurant wonderful. it is a lot of food, so hungry. lemon risotto rice cakes were incredible. the two different pastas delicious, delicate and tasteful! huh and pork pliers also wonderful. the owner, the chef was so much fun. After the pasta courses - everyone rises and makes fun while dancing with the owner directly in the center of the restaurant. celiac friendly, was hard to believe that everything I was served - separated from the other diners at our table courses, but adapted to be gluten-free. I never had better broth or pies, which were bagged and given us at the end of the meal, after a pfirsich bellini tiramisu. it was an experience, not only a meal. service from 7-10 clock and will definitely go back when family members visit! thanks for a great time!"

"The main thing that stands out here is the service. Very friendly baristas and waitstaff, ready to take your order and totally informed and smiley at any hour of the morning. The food was good, unfortunately the coffee was not great. I don't know if the beans were too bitter or too much water in the Americano and the latte but tasted really bitter and funky. I know we should have gone back and just asked for a redo, but we had to get on the highway and get going. Super friendly staff, positive review because I know they would make it right if you have time to ask for it. Constructive feedback for the trainers and the owners spend some time training on the iced lattes and americanos, please. :"

"I made reservations for 6 for my mother in laws birthday dinner . The hostess greeted us, and took us to our table right away . All tables have white cloth covers I even seen a young man, Ironing one of them with a cordless iron. I have to say this is definitely fine dining . This restaurant is considered French /American . As soon as you walk in, there's is also a nice bar area on your left side . The ambiance is romantic and elegant. Our waiter was okay but, a young man name Nick was brining the plates and anything we needed he was helping the waiter I believe a busboy ? But he was more then that !! He was very attentive got us refills he also talked to us about desserts and made our experience very memorable. Thank Nick !! We started off ordering drinks they have a pretty cool cocktails menu with unique drinks (That's my Jam )was my favorite drink I have to say we tried a few all delicious! My mother in law got red wine they have a huge selection of wines to choose from . For food we started off with the purée of white corn soup and white dog farm salad both super delicious!! My two sons came with us which are ten and seven the waiter informed us they have three items that are not listed on the menu for children which are chicken tenders, kids gnocchi , and a kids burger . My seven year old got the kids potato gnocchi I tried it so good . My ten year old got the adult wagyu burger with fries he loves it . Hubby got the duck confit my other two guest both got the chicken pitman chicken farms which had mole in the chicken let's just say everyone loves their food . I got the short rib plate wow !! so tender just melts in your mouth ! For dessert we shared the beignets, lemon blueberry tart, and the chocolate soufflé that came with a candle and also written on the place with chocolate was Happy Birthday such a nice touch for her birthday she loves it ! Overall this was a wonderful experience definitely a restaurant to celebrate something special events . Very elegant nice fine dinning . They also have a beautiful patio we seen people eating at later on when the heat cooled down . Highly recommend Hawks ! Can't wait to come back and try more dishes. It seems like they change their menu quite often."

"Asked for an American. I was asked if I wanted milk in it. I said NO! I asked if they knew how to make an Americano. I had to explain it is espresso, coffee, and topped with water. They said they had never heard of that. I then asked for a double shot of espresso in a medium coffee. Paid for that and left. I would never have gotten service like that at CC's Coffee House. I don't think I will return."
