"Nice place to get a coffee to hit the summer heat. I appreciate that ARS Café closes much later than other coffee shops/cafés. I have an ice cream coffee during an afternoon hike. I am usually a hot latte person, because sometimes the cold temperature changes the taste of the latte, but to my surprise it was fat in taste and smooth in texture. It was not mad/saure forward, nor was it bitter. In one of the attached pictures there is a map where it describes the taste profile of the frying used for their espresso drinks. I enjoyed the salted dark chocolate notes, and it was mocha-esque and not gritty. I also found that the name rainbow falls on Hawaii. The rednesses turn depending on the season, so they could have a different roast in a few months. After I finished my drink, I had a chat with Barista Rose. She was well informed about the various roasts they have, and we have chatted about various coffee shops and shared our joy of coffee. As a rule, I try the latte to get a gang of what the shop offers, and she likes to try a shop. I'll go back to ARS Cafe to try her hot latte."
