"Nice place to get a coffee to hit the summer heat. I appreciate that ARS Café closes much later than other coffee shops/cafés. I have an ice cream coffee during an afternoon hike. I am usually a hot latte person, because sometimes the cold temperature changes the taste of the latte, but to my surprise it was fat in taste and smooth in texture. It was not mad/saure forward, nor was it bitter. In one of the attached pictures there is a map where it describes the taste profile of the frying used for their espresso drinks. I enjoyed the salted dark chocolate notes, and it was mocha-esque and not gritty. I also found that the name rainbow falls on Hawaii. The rednesses turn depending on the seas...

What a jewel! Your cortado was right with the light roast beans. Avocado toast and mango cream cheese (fresh baked) were good supplement to round my breakfast.

Super artsy with groovy food and eclectic art. Large local fave. Do NOT get MISS at least one homemade muffin or fresh pressed lemonade. Sit inside or outside and the vibe is perfect aloha.

A stay in Honolulu for a week, but almost to visit this place every day. Very recommend their Cajun roasted rice, açaí bowl and Granola bowl!!!! Compared to other popular cafés in Waikiki, which often require 30 50mins waiting time, this place is perfectly no long lines
