"I was not at all surprised to find that this location has received poor reviews online. The rating does not accurately reflect the quality of customer service; a zero would be more fitting. After the staff messed up our order, we were expected to pay for it. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, common sense and basic customer service seemed to vanish. The manager on duty, Connor, displayed little to no people skills. It’s puzzling how he became a manager because he seemed quite oblivious. He couldn’t even figure out how to process an $8 refund. Instead, we were asked to return half of our wings. How embarrassing it was to be told in front of other customers to give back 6 out of the 12 wings just because they charged us incorrectly. It’s truly frustrating to deal with such incompetence. We complied and left, but I plan to speak with the General Manager tomorrow."
