"I was not at all surprised to find that this location has received poor reviews online. The rating does not accurately reflect the quality of customer service; a zero would be more fitting. After the staff messed up our order, we were expected to pay for it. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, common sense and basic customer service seemed to vanish. This location deserves five stars for several reasons: our waitress, Nikki, was fantastic! She was very attentive and friendly. The TV setup was excellent, and the wing sauces were delicious. However, the quality of the chicken wings themselves could have been better.

I waited 48 minutes for my food during my visit on June 1, 2022, which made me late getting back to work. I assumed it might have been a mistake in the kitchen. I returned today, June 9, and once again had to wait 52 minutes for my meal, despite the restaurant being less than a quarter full. To make matters worse, I found a lemon seed in my cup, even though none of us had ordered lemon in our water. It was pretty gross. I won't be coming back.
