"First, the map on Opentable was wrong. It led us to an apartment complex behind the Casey Convenience Store. This made us 20 minutes too late for our 6:15 reservation. When we came to Vinotopia, there was no hostess or greeting, just a sign that said, “Seat Yourself”. There were a few people at the bar and a small group in front of the fireplace. It looked like they were napping. We sat near the window. There were some menus on the table. We did not know that the restaurant menu was the same as the movie menu, including the same inflatable prices. We sat at our table for about five minutes without seeing a server or being addressed by someone. We were there for my wife's birthday, and the lack of ambience and service was too much. After about 5 minutes at the table we stood up and went. No one said a word how we left. We won't be back."
