"I love Whataburger. I don 't live near any, so when I travel to places near one, I always stop. This one has really put me off for a bit. Arrived at 6pm on a Sunday. Drive thru was busy, but moving, and dine in was empty, so I parked and went in. Order was taken by 6:11. Order wasn 't delivered until 6:47, and that was with the cashier bugging the cooks 3 times about the order. To the cashiers credit, she seemed to be the only worker in the place, trying to clean the restrooms and work the counter while others stood around. An attempt to talk to a manager was worthless. He couldn 't understand why someone would be upset waiting 30 min for a chicken sandwich... To make the experience all the more worse, an email to corporate just resulted in a canned sorry response, and a clear indication that they didn 't bother to read the comments in the original message."
