"I stopped in for a late night bite to eat. The restaurant was dead as they were in the midst of a deep cleaning. We were told it'd be a 30-minute wait. The cleanliness of the restaurant and dining area, as well as the friendliness of the staff more than compensated for the 30 minute wait. The food was delicious, a little pricey nonetheless, but well worth it. Staff was super friendly and helpful as well as patient as we were hungry and anything but. I hardly ever dine here but with literally no other options in our small city, it was either this or gas station food so I feel we made the right choice."

The food is good, if you get what you ordered.. which doesn't always happen. It often takes a while, and is not uncommon to have an empty restaurant and still spend 5 to 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting late night.The place is usually pretty clean inside though, so there is that.I have been to other Whataburger restaurants and the food is on par. It's really just the service that is lacking
