"I rarely write bad reviews, but I am a bit upset with this place. I'll start with the bad then the good. At the end of my meal, I was told that gratuities was already included. I asked how much, and the waitress said 20%. Mind you, I was dining by myself and didn't even get a chance to tip what I thought was fair. Except it wasn't 20%. It was 35% and they were trying to pull a fast one on me. To say the least, I'm upset. In terms of the good, I had Tonkatsu ramen, spicy salmon, and gyoza. All which were okay tasting. But I was in a rush and didn't have time to argue the bill, poor service, or the fact they automatically put a 35% tip on my tab. Very poor business.I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was okay tasting, but the service was poor and the restaurant automatically added a 35% tip to my bill, even though I was dining by myself. I would not return to this restaurant."
