"I rarely write bad reviews, but I am a bit upset with this place. I'll start with the bad then the good. At the end of my meal, I was told that gratuities was already included. I asked how much, and the waitress said 20%. Mind you, I was dining by myself and didn't even get a chance to tip what I thought was fair. Except it wasn't 20%. It was 35% and they were trying to pull a fast one on me. To say the least, I'm upset. In terms of the good, I had Tonkatsu ramen, spicy salmon, and gyoza. All which were okay tasting. But I was in a rush and didn't have time to argue the bill, poor service, or the fact they automatically put a 35% tip on my tab. Very poor business.I would not recommend this...

Great food, very friendly service, but completely outdated website, with prices 30% cheaper than they actually are. Very misleading.Food: 5/5

If you are staying at the Omni Shoreham or Marriott Wardman, walk on over and enjoy all that this place offers. In good weather you can dine streetside outdoors. 5 to 7 pm there are happy hour pricing on certain popular selections.Food: 5/5

"incredibly disappointed! first we have this restaurant for a birthday dinner on other options based on their menu, but once we were there, the menu was not what they have on their website. specific entrees that drag us to aragosta were not at all in the menu. I know the website state menu items can change, they will react with the nationwide lack of products it is difficult to get deliveries, but seriously if their printed menus are up to date their online menu should also be because guess what? there is no printing involved! the height of the wee that was available, again, weeping on the online menu were not on the printed weeping list, mediocre was best still the brandup was extreme. Thirdly, the time we waited for our food was unacceptable and when it arrived, it was cooked cold. the cabernet sauce with the chateabriand tasted no different than a glass shop bought brown engraving the duck, ordered medium rare, but served almost medium-heavy cold. the filet mignon was boiled on request, but hardly warm the Bernaise sauce tasted just like the packed powder mixture that it received in food business. nothing special or unique. next missing the service. our server apologised for the time it needed to get our wein later our meal times, and said that one of their server had to leave unexpectedly due to disease, but there were other support so that our water should have been refilled several times, but we had to ask for fillings they would help supply food before it became cold. all dinge considered the price we paid over $200 was not worth what we have the over 4 star rating is unnoticed. because we were not the only two in our party, we decided not to express our disappointment complaint at that time."
