"Every time I need quality food, I think of La Mer. Sean is so helpful, and he’s really turned the store around. The employees all seem to care about the level of service as much as the owner, which is so refreshing. The store is always clean, food is on display in bright, fresh looking refrigerators, and everything looks delicious. I’ve called so many times in a panic, super last minute when I’ve needed catering, and Sean has come through every time. Even when he’s slammed with other orders, I’ve always felt taken care of and have never been disappointed. The food is amazing, super fresh, the highest quality seafood and menu offerings. I can’t say enough great things. I’m so glad La Mer is in our town, they are my go to for all of my most important gatherings!"

"We were here yesterday at 5:00 for dinner. The food was fine but the service was somewhat slow but I could tell the servers were scrambling so that’s fine but what was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to see was while waiting upfront to get a table we watched 5 girls at the reception desk standing around doing nothing and using their cell phones while the rest of the staff worked. This is ridiculous to see especially when I saw the manager come up to the desk looking at the display and ignoring the fact that 5 girls were doing NOTHING and the servers were working hard."

"This location has the best food on Delmarva. Usually the service is great. However, last week I had the snappiest to go person. I believe her name was Aza or Aze. She came to my car and said, “ I hope you know it’s going to be about 2 hours . She was snappy and had a bad attitude for customer service. I ordered my food which she was annoyed because she was trying to convince us not to order. Eventually, I called back and canceled our order which consisted of two shrimp Alfredo’s add chicken) I decided to cancel my order because I did not want my dinner ruined on my feelings after such rude customer service I gave 4 stars because I always get great service here and the food is always delicious. Apparently Aze has not became accustomed to the great customer service of this location yet."

"I don't like pasta so much, but my mother wanted to go here because she loves it. We went on a Monday during the day, so it was not very well occupied, which is understandable. I had a steak because I didn't want pasta and most options are pastas. It was a good steak, but it was quite small and came anyway with pasta. I also ordered a mixed drink from here, and it took almost as long as the food arrived, which was somewhat absurd, but it at least tasted good. The waitress who served us was polite and fast, although she seemed to be stressful. Overall a pretty good experience."

"Worked all day, Skipped Lunch, So decided to have a late Dinner , What a Disaster !..The Waitress needs to be Re-Trained, ...Inattentive, Rude, Un -Professional, There was only 1 person seated at the counter, So I figured I`d sit there as it was only Myself,...MISTAKE !..Seemed like I was a Burden to Her , After my meal was served, I never saw Her again...I had to ask another Waitress for a Refill on my drink, Then I noticed My waitress was conversing with the other wait staff in the corner, Then when She FINALLY showed up, I had a Question, She was too busy going thru Her purse, Her reply was Wait !....I passed on eating the Breadsticks, as I`m dieting..She admonished me for not eating them, I tried to tell Her that I did`nt want them in the first place, But that She took off so quickly after I ordered She didn`t give Me time...What a Rude Woman !...Looks like it`s back to Piccolino Restaurant for Me...."

"Between the pleasant environment, friendly and attentive staff, and the good food I always leave this olive garden very pleased with my dining experience! We always asks to be seated on Kristin's section because we very much appreciate her attention to detail and her amazing ability to always, without fail, anticipate our needs! And in my opinion, having such a courteous and thoughtful server is most often the one thing that can cause a dining experience that is just good, to go from good to EXCELLENT! All of those reasons why we are always very thankful for Kristin. Next time your there ask for Kristin, all the staff is attentive and helpful, but you WILL NOT regret making the small request to sit in Kristin's section. The food is always good, and I'm always pleasantly surprised at how quickly my food arrived. All in all, with the ongoing level cleanliness the restaurant maintains, food that is always delightful and prompt not you mention very reasonably priced, and a staff that seems to really enjoy making sure you enjoy your meal, and because of all these things I don't hesitate to say this is one of the best olive garden locations that I have ever been to."

"My husband and I used the rare opportunity that all three children were out of the house in the evening, so we went to Olive Garden for a date night. We ordered the Spinat Artichoke Dip for an appetizer. It was delicious. The fried Pita chips that came with him were just delicious. My husband ordered the filled tortillini with chicken and Alfredo sauce. It was also delicious. I wanted to get the shrimp fattyucini alfredo, but unfortunately they were from fattyucini. We came late for dinner so that not surprising, but still a little disappointing. Instead I ordered the cheese ravioli and it was also very delicious. For dessert we have the Italian donuts with chocolate dipping sauce and they were amazing. A great way to finish the meal. We were busy with the staff when we were there, taking many leftovers home. Oh, yeah, and also the salad and the breadsticks were delicious. We always had a good service in the OG and this night was no different. The cozy atmosphere was a beautiful comfort for the frigid temperatures outside."

"tonight a great disappointment began. my 80-year-old mother and my sister were treated awfully by the host and I need to use this easily. he was not only arrogant, but unjustly rude and I must add that I wanted, but decided not to confront him. thanks to our server t and des managers s the evening was saved. our server was in each and every aspect of their work on the point. she was the best server I ever had personally. their professionality and attention to every detail was phenomenal and appreciated by us four. the evening could have been a gloomy, but was saved by t alone! Many thanks for everything they do for each of their customers they are a real asset for the facility, and I have no doubt that they will be excel in everything that is for them in the future. I also have to thank you because I will not be called back for this. as a beautiful Christian woman they and my sister were almost immediately friends. that seems to be the beginning of a real friendship. they have exchanged personal phone numbers and we all talked about our grandchildren and simply enjoyed all the other companies for a short time. not too short that each of us will forget. the thomas family )Kid Friendship children are family and welcome in this institution."

"what a day. virginia was smeared with 10 snow. we were stuck on i 64 for 2 hours after we drove over thousands of snapped kiefern. many trees fell on the road in either lane, as we tried to avoid, in cars or trees. or both, we decided to go 15 s and 60 e. one was worse than the other. we finally come to i 95 and stop south of richmond. look into the hampton inn and at the recipe hired engl, erica, says about the road to go to olive garden. exactly what the doctor ordered for hungry, exhausted travelers. we go in and are politely said that the waiting period is 45 minutes. no server. snow! at least there were no trees to avoid. All right. we order a high chair at the bar. my wife sits and we order drinks. she gets the Italian margarita with a side shot of amaretto. I get a big diet. no ice, especially today. the bartender was a steeler fan and convinced us to sit like another chair opened. the personal has changed to stay and it was a great decision. her lasagne was fantastic and my chicken parmesan slipped on it. salat and brotsticks! what a solid. we have made our way over ice and snow in the hotel carefully and at the end of a long day, satisfied, laid down. segnungen von gott zur sicherheit und zur olivengarten to secure a long winter lap."

"We celebrated my wife's birthday in the olive garden and were not disappointed. Toni went beyond and beyond to take care of us, although she was very busy. "I give two stars because the food was good and the server was working her tail off to basically run that entire restaurant last night at about 7-8pm. But I think I'll be going to a different olive garden location from now on. We waited for thirty minutes to get seated. Yes I understand short staff and blah blah blah, but I also understand that there were constantly people just sitting around doing literally nothing. At one point in the evening, while we were waiting to be seated, I counted 7 staff, standing behind the host-counter in the beginning/front of the store just chit-chatting when some of those people could have been clearing tables to seat people, not their job or their problem I guess. I just took matters in my own hand and cleared a table with only a few things on it that sat there for 15 mins+ after the elderly woman finished her food and left, that was after the manager asked for that table to be cleared and some kid comes out, picks up a single wine glass, then leaves back to the kitchen. Thank goodness when we finally got seated, our waitress, the only person working in the building, was GREAT! To top it off, I saw black mold in the kitchen, just blatantly out right there behind the bar. If the owner wants, I can share a picture with them of that but only by request because I don't want to post it here if the owner can reach out to me in good faith and request."

"Simply Awesome! Great food and beverages, Outstanding customer service. Our server was a really nice young man who was always attentive and responsive toward our requests. The Alfredo Sea Food was phenomenal and my friend said her fettuccine was to die for, absolutely delicious. The view from the restaurant is a plus, you see giant M&Ms outside your window. 100% recommended!"
