"I have been driving by this restaurant for almost 10 years now but have yet to try it until recently. I was craving Bun Bo Hue and decided to give this place a try. The space inside looks way better than the outside so that was a nice surprise. I ordered the fresh spring roll and the beef special spicy soup. The fresh spring roll was super basic: shrimp, noodles and lettuce. A bit of fresh herbs like mint or basil would really make a difference here. The Bun Bo Hue broth was underwhelming. Not enough spice/flavor. The variety of meat was good but definitely not your typical authentic offering.Service was very good. Maybe the pho will be better. But I would definitely not order the fresh spring rolls or Bun Bo Hue again."
