"Worst experience ever! Placed a phone line catering order for over $200 to be delivered to my colleagues at work for appreciation luncheon. I get a text message saying it’s on its way and then just before it was due to arrive they send me a text CANCELLING THE ORDER!!! They still took my money from my account and never refunded it. They didn’t call me to tell me it was cancelled or answered any of my calls!!! To this day they have done nothing to rectify the situation."

"What a disappointment when I arrived home and I found out that the whole chicken that I bought today at the pollo tropical in Estero Florida was all burned and dried . I totally wasted my 21 dollars because the chicken was all burned..if I could give them -5 but there is not option. This is not the first time I got my chicken dried and burned. Please do not go anymore to pollo tropical is not the same restaurant anymore"

"The restaurant is pretty average, probably a 3 star HOWEVER the Manager Eva is a 5 star woman! I went there tonight for dinner and went thru the drive thru and the woman that rang up my order overcharges me so I asked for a Manager. I could see the Manager as she already had made eye contact with me to let me know that she would be right with me. I was charged a different price than was was listed on the drive thru menu. I thought they had just raised the price and had not taken the time to update it. The truth was the woman ringing up my order had over charged me. Eva promptly took care of it and I was given a free meal. She had me pull over so I didn't hold up the line for the folks behind me. I saw her quickly coming out to return my debit card and on the way out she was helping yet another customer. Eva was hustling and my hope is that her manager will see this review and reward her!"
