The chicken was too spicy for my liking, and when I called to inquire, they mentioned that they were out of the original dish so they made a substitution. They also promised to refund me $10 for a $21 order."

"I added specific condiments and items on top of things Ive ordered and none of them were added. I had old brown lettuce on my wrap that tasted awful. And my bacon was so overcooked it couldnt even be eaten without breaking a tooth. I normally love this food but I was very disappointed in my order."
