"I used to be a regular customer at this restaurant because I loved the taste and appreciated that it was halal. However, the staff here are not very understanding. Today's visit was very disappointing, and I have decided not to return. Despite their policy of not taking phone orders, I work at a gas station across the street and found it difficult to wait for my food during my break. My boss even warned me about taking too long to eat. I go to this restaurant almost every other day, so I am a familiar face. Today, I tried to order my food over the phone and pick it up after it was ready. The kind lady I spoke to on the phone agreed to this arrangement for my convenience. However, when I arrived to pick up my order after 22 minutes, the same lady told me that they had forgotten about my order.
