"I’m not sure if everyone in the area realizes this but this restaurant is as authentic as it gets. Literally you could go to a city like Beijing, plop Red Chili over there and the locals would feel comfy and happily eat. We live in the SF Bay Area and we haven’t encountered a place as good as this. My wife says it’s the best Chinese food she’s had in the USA. Absolutely stunned to find this in Syracuse. It’s not just the food but the decor and aesthetic is incredibly Chinese as well (see the details like the cheesy glowing color beams behind the central wooden framed room). But back to the food. It’s authentic. It also tastes great. It’s also served and presented like how it’d be served in China. We had the dry pot and chili pepper chicken, they were heavenly."
