"I’m not sure if everyone in the area realizes this but this restaurant is as authentic as it gets. Literally you could go to a city like Beijing, plop Red Chili over there and the locals would feel comfy and happily eat. We live in the SF Bay Area and we haven’t encountered a place as good as this. My wife says it’s the best Chinese food she’s had in the USA. Absolutely stunned to find this in Syracuse. This is the best Chinese restaurant I've tried so far in Update NY. Stupid court. Waitress and atmosphere were amazing. The women's bathroom also looks super cool. I love the interior design of the restaurant. 10/10 recommend

This is my favourite restaurant in all of Syracuse. If you like good flavors and authentic Chinese food, try this place out. This is a favourite of my best Chinese friends as well, so you know it’s legit! There’s even a cute little robotic server that makes you feel like you’re eating in a special future where there’s amazing food.

Tremendous atmosphere, fast service and delicious food. This hidden gem of Syracuse is one of my most popular Chinese restaurants in the city of Syracuse. Many people haven't tried, so I'm always bringing company and they're never disappointed. My favorite item is the soup dumplings. I must say everything I had was delicious and if you like spices, be ready for the heat. I hope I'll be back soon.
