"Three stars and I'm gracious. I work for a large company and have tried to reserve a heading/call for a business date over a week. Despite more than 10 calls and speaking with 3 different managers, I was unsuccessful. As a result, we had to make a general reservation for 20 people. The only reason I still wanted to come here is because of the bowling alleys. We were promised 2 reserved lanes and when we arrived, the manager told us that we had a 2 hour lane reservation. After we started playing, another party told us they had reserved the tracks. After he went back and forth with the manager, he apologized and said that the other group contract said 2 lanes, but they paid for 4. That meant no trace for us. Finally, the food came out crazy slowly and the quality was mixed. Note: The bartenders served us and were both wonderful. Don't hold this criticism against her. The restaurant is perfectly deorganized and has terrible customer service overall. Oh and they often do not answer the phone and you get a random error message, not a professional voicemail. Avoid all costs. Go somewhere cool like Punch Bowl Social."
