Despite more than 10 calls and speaking with 3 different managers, I was unsuccessful. As a result, we had to make a general reservation for 20 people. The only reason I still wanted to come here is because of the bowling alleys. We were promised 2 reserved lanes and when we arrived, the manager told us that we had a 2 hour lane reservation. Great food and drink!! Chef Chris made amazing food and Wes was an incredible bartender. We had a full belly after room service and had a great time in the Scout Bar afterwards! Would the Statler Hotel and/or the Scout Bar recommend to everyone! Our room service Lady, Silvia, was also amazing.

The food was wonderful. Our table tried the fork and knives grilled cheese, buttermilk chicken offers with bourbon sauce, bbq chicken flatbread, loaded frits and roasted turkey club. The service was great that we had Melanie and a woman who trained her and they were wonderful. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back!
