"Giving a 1 only because I have to. I ordered the chicken salad with extra ranch?.. The salad was so wet that dressing wasn?t holding onto anything just ended up soupy in the bottom of the container. This is where it gets gross, after looking at the salad soup I front of me I notice that the lettuce is browning and everything had a slimy texture?. Everything in this salad was covered in this slimy substance what that was a I have NO idea nor did I want to, it went straight into the garbage. Oh and not to mention I didn?t get the extra ranch I ordered but you can guarantee that they charged me for it."

"This place has gone downhill in the last few years. I used to bring my family to Apollo for their breakfast on the weekends, and for a good burger or gyro for dinner. When we arrived it was pretty dead, but a steady stream of patrons followed us in. I stood by the counter waiting for our food but those who ordered after us kept getting served first. A worker asked what name my food was under and she looked around to find our order sitting unattended in the middle of the kitchen getting cold. I was frustrated by the lack of a single clean table, and the food quality had gone way down. My gyro lacked the flavor that I could once expect from Apollo. My wife said her burger was also bland. Our fries were lukewarm and the fry sauce pump was empty. Apollo Burger has gone from a must have when I'm in North Salt Lake, to a must miss."

"I loved Apollo, but I never had a good experience at this point. Since June I have seen a sign that says they are low-occupied and I guess I can see why. They are probably underpaid considering how none of the workers care and many of them have difficulty understanding English on their own menu. I can't even read my order so they always give me the wrong things. Put me on the sauce and don't give me a sauce. Maybe the ride wouldn't be so secure if people don't have to wait 20 minutes to get the right order. Prices increase, but there is no improvement in quality or service. The worst place to spend $30, two burger combos that are not done right. Better service in the apollo on the road and they make the right orders."

"Good food, huge portions, but not so great prices. Don’t order sodas unless you’re prepared to pay $4.29 for each one. Billygan’s, you need to calm down your price raising. On the positive side, you get a bowl of peanuts when you sit down and you can toss the shells on the floor. Each meal comes with delicious rolls with honey butter. It is very family friendly. I like the big salads. The burgers are great too. Kid-friendliness: It’s noisy and messy, kids blend right in"
