"On 7/5/2022, I encountered two rude and lazy women working the late shift at the restaurant. When I tried to ask a question, they were dismissive and unhelpful, claiming they were too busy to talk. They even closed the indoor seating area before closing time. Overall, I had a negative experience and would not recommend this place to others. I chose not to eat there as I did not trust how my food would be handled."

"Esplanade location is NOT 24 hours. They are closed from 2:30Am-4am for a nightly system reboot. This was not a one time occurrence(this has been at least 10 different times, I am a late night worker), for there is not a lot of food places open at3:30 am. They shouldn?t advertise as 24 hours if they aren?t available for a few hours. Always a bummer to go through the drivethrough and hear ?we?re closed for our nightly reboot?."

"Ordered Cali classic WITH BACON. Got charged for bacon, was excited for bacon, but here we are, sans bacon. Also, PSA, I don't think ANYONE prefers the bottom.of the bucket ,WHITE lettuce on their burger. Or light yellow. You sure had some pretty green stuff for the lettuce wrap though, didn't you? Your Dr. Pepper is out of syrup, and although I got a bonus drink , of course Dr. Pepper, it's basically brown seltzer water, so thanks for that. Only good thing, the fries . Seriously unimpressed. I used to love this location... now not so much. Meh."

"BEST Biscuit and gravy I've had from a restaurant or fast food restaurant. Biscuit was perfectly cooked, buttery, brown and crispy on outside but not burned, and fluffy and soft on inside without being doughy. Gravy tasted awesome. The only complaint I have is I needed another biscuit YUMMY! The staff was also very friendly. I'll definitely return for the biscuits and gravy."

"Fast, friendly service. The food is, for the most part, fresh and hot, but it seems as if after 8:30-9:00 the food quality begins to be missing, I assume that the reason is that the employees begin to turn off some devices to prepare for the conclusion. This tends to affect the freshness of foods as they keep extra precooked hamburgerpatties and chicken patties longer than recommended holding times, so if you happen after 9:00, I would suggest that the foods are made fresh. Apart from that, all the other times I ordered, the food was delicious and up to company and customer standards. Great choice for a fast and (relative) inexpensive meal."

"4.5 star experience. the staff is very friendly and helpful. eating after they replaced the frits with fresh) was delicious. the prizes go up and so I expect I will get worth for my money. I do not expect to wait over 6 minutes for my counter ordered to eat when the drive thru waits no more than 2. I also do not expect that I need to ask fresh riders when the originally placed in my pocket suffer that they have been fed. fix the menu card! if you need to have digital, make sure that the screen functions. or find another option to offer the menu while it is broken. repair the beverage machines. the one was out of order, and the other had a light bulb. ditto for the strobe light bulb in the lady room. ask their customers what size combo they want, and make sure to welcome them if they enter if they are not hired by another customer. small gestures make great impacts when people spend their money with them. everything was clean. it felt good to eat in a clean restaurant."

"I was charged twice on my card for $30. It took three days just to reach someone who said they would look into the issue. Whenever I spoke with supervisors and the District Manager, Debbie G., it felt like I was inconveniencing them. They refuse to take responsibility for their error and are instead directing me to my bank, even though it was Carl's mistake to charge me twice. Please get this sorted out and refund my money, or I will escalate this further."

"Had a craving for a Western Bacon and stopped by this location. Only to wait in line for 5 minutes without a single acknowledgement from any of the employees. The only person taking orders was only taking drive thru orders and ignoring the line inside and when I asked if I had to go to the drive thru to place an order, she said I 'll be with you in a moment rudely and at that point I just left without ordering. One other person ahead of me had already left without ordering. Very poor service and attitude. If you 're going to overprice your food, you should at least provide good service."
