"Unwelcoming and unpleasant environment, my boyfriend and I stopped after a long drive and went straight to use the restroom, the lady working there stopped us in a rude manner and said that the restroom is only for customers. We decided not to buy food fromthis place after all and just got a juice. If you respect yourself and do not want to get dirty looks just because you enteredthe facility and did not go straight to buy something, do not come here. It was disrespectful and rude."

"This place is fantastic! We were on our way back from the beach when one person in our group needed to use the restroom. Even though we hadn't purchased anything, they kindly allowed us to use their facilities. I decided to take advantage of the situation and got a shake for the long drive home on the 91 freeway. I will definitely stop by this Carl's Jr again on my next trip to the beach. It's rare to find places in this area that will let you use the restroom without making a purchase. We did it the other way around, haha!"

"The $16 Angus Burger we ordered was not in the pull-out pocket. They gave us a month to get a replacement because we couldn't get back immediately. When we wanted to pick up the replacement today, we didn't order the burger as the one they placed in the box. At first I thought they were incapable, now I see that they are fraudulent. Highly advise that others avoid these Carls Jr. industry as we will do in the future. Very, very disappointing."

"Above and Beyond the standard for Fast Food I have visited this location at least 4 times since moving to Roseville. I discovered that Carl's was offering Beyond Meat and decided to try it here. I requested a Bacon Western Cheeseburger with Beyond Meat and the Employee suggested that to go full meatless that I remove the Bacon as well. I agreed and have yet to be disappointed with that choice. The staff here are pleasant and courteous, never wearing a frown or conveying any sense of disappointment with me or their job. They understand my requests and respond with helpful info."

"This is one of the most consistent fast food locations I visit. This is not the closest Carl's Jr to me, but I don't mind going a few blocks extra for better food and service. My order has never been wrong. I usually get chicken strips and they are always fresh and an acceptable portion size, never skimpy. Every employee I have interacted with has been pleasant, with a few times where they were so nice you wouldn't know they were at work. Just wanted to say this locations is dependable with consistent quality and service."

"It was a pleasure to visit this Carls Jr. location. The staff was friendly, the tables were clean and there even plugs to my phone (that was very low in the battery). After a long day at a congress at the Anaheim Convention Center, it was nice to eat something here. I also appreciate the fact that Carls Jr. offers Beyond Burgers. "I was with my husband this morning when we decided to take advantage of their 2 Famous Stars with cheese for $7.99 but were informed that it doesn't come with cheese. We left but noticed that it included it in the menu. We politely inform them that the menu does advertise the deal with cheese. The cashier didn't say a word as we saw them ring up the deal charging the cheese as an extra. We left as we didnt know what was going on. If your deals change, change your advertising"

"I was traveling from Southern California and decided to make a pit stop at this restaurant for some food. I walked into a clean environment and was welcomed by very friendly staff. Despite there being only 2 employees working, they still managed to keep a smile on their faces and work diligently to ensure customers did not have to wait too long. I was impressed by the service and I truly hope that these two workers, particularly the one running the front, Shleigh W as noted on my receipt, receive recognition for their hard work and positive attitude. "I went in real quick to grab my dog some chicken Stars. I get to the drive-thru window the manager that is always there greets me he's very pleasant. But what I saw next completely turn me off that I never want to eat there ever again I don't even want mydogs to eat there. This poor gentleman has psoriasis very bad and I guess they were itching but he was scratching them as he wastalking to me at the window and it was flaking off and falling on the silver part in the Drive-Thru that's disgusting you workwith food and then he did not wash his hands to go grab my chicken stars and put them in the bag for my dogs. Very unhealthy andvery unsanitary, this should be covered up if it is this bad due to the fact that is contamination of food should really belooked into before the health department is involved."
