"They have a vegan and gluten free menu but there’s only like 2 vegan options. I ordered an açaí bowl but the waitress looked at me like she’s never heard that before and immediately said they don’t have it. Then when I told her I was vegan she kept offering me yogurt with fruit or some eggs and bacon. In the end I got the tofu scrambler which wasn’t that bad but wasn’t the best either."

"I used to order from this place when it was called Penelope's so I decided to give Rony's a try. I ordered a large plain pizza for take out. That's it. A simple order. Got the pizza burned. Took it back inside to get my money back. Was offered another large plain that was already in another box, but I didn't want it. (How long has it been sitting there? Who knows, who cares The owner, I'm guessing, starts talking back to me when I simply stated I wanted my money back. Mind you, I was not being hostile at all. He just didn't want to waste money and throw out the pizza. Maybe don't burn the pizza for your customers next time. So get this, he said it was my fault and that I should've asked for a lightly cooked pizza. Really? You mean that I have to call and order a lightly cooked pizza every time because you don't know how to make pizzas? So, please tell me, who calls and orders a burned pizza? Instead of apologizing, he keeps running his mouth and tells me how he has lots of customers (yet his parking lot is empty). I feel sorry for the fools who order anything from this dirty pizza place. By the way, what do you think he did with the burned pizza he gave me after I returned it? Do you think he threw it out? Nope! He put it on top of his oven and will probably try to pass it off on the next customer. I wouldn't give Rony's pizza to a starving rat, it's that bad."

"We started off with a cup of clam chowder which was just ok. We shared the rigatoni bolognese and we are glad we shared because it was a big portion and it was delicious. The pasta came with two SMALL pieces of toasted bread which really wasn’t enough for such a big portion of pasta and our waitress never offered us more which we thought was a little chintzy."

"We recently ate at Silvester and found the service for both wine and food to be quite slow. Our server, a charming young man, did his best to accommodate us. The kitchen was also slow, resulting in good but not outstanding food at a fairly high price."

The lighting was too bright, but the music was good. Overall, it was a good experience, but they need to work on their lighting and decor."

"Both couples thought the meal we received was excellent in preparation and presentation. The meals we ordered were wonderful, especially the French onion soup. "Ruths is one of my Favorites. The 11oz filet is what I get every time. This experience was shockingly bad. Not to mention the “regional manager” was also there. Sitting at the bar eating then wandering around watching TV. The bartender said they were understaffed and people had called out. He was the only bartender so I don’t fully fault him for the bad service. He was very apologetic and nice. Took me about 15 minutes to get a menu, a water and a dirty goose (that tasted awful too much olive juice). About out 25 mins longer for my chop salad to come out the fried onions tasted burnt and the dressing seemed off also. Then my steak finally came. Looked like 3 small filets mushed together, had a ton of fat lines, was tough to cut chewy. After 1 bite I alerted the bartender and the manager had them make me a new one which was delicious. Also the manager mentioned that he “made sure it was a center cut.” I didn’t see how busy the dining room was but clearly the bartender was too busy to take care of the bar from what I noticed in my 2 1/2 hours sitting there. I’d be happy to discuss it all in further detail. Oh also my check book was covered in dust took a sip of my wine, tasted like dirt looked at the glass COVERED in dust. I wish I had taken more photos. Place was a HOT MESS the managers didn’t seem to be worried nor care. Not taking their jackets off and helping out the bar just wandering around doing NOTHING!!!!!!!!"

"stopped yesterday at 4:10 when the Happy Hour began. Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00. Make a cocktail and an app at the bar. Very nice location, comfortable chairs, beautiful size bar top to enjoy both cocktails and some food and not feel crowded. The bartender Greg was very pleasant and makes a really delicious drink. My Hunny had the Rocks Rita he loved and I had Ruth's Manhattan. They use Italian amarena cherries, an adorable change from a neon-red maraschino. It is a special note like this that you appreciate the quality of your bar. We ordered the tuna pile and the sharp shrimp to start. Both delicious, but the shrimps were so fabulous I ordered a repetition when we ordered a second round of food. Rich had the best cheeseburger. The Burger quality is great, the only thing I need to comment is the temperature a little off. A little too rare, but the quality is so good that we didn't care, so we didn't make a comment. I'm just telling someone who can order it. Richly ordered medium rare and it was definitely rare. Generally, you love the atmosphere, the selection of the app is a lot to our wishes and the bartender knows how to make a wonderful cocktail! Only the perfect date for us. We will come back"

"I had dinner at this establishment and I must say, it was quite an experience. The meal price was reasonable, ranging between $50 to $100 per person. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5, with the filet being a standout dish. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5 out of 5 rating; the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. However, the atmosphere left a bit to be desired, scoring a 3. It's decent, but it could use some improvements to enhance the overall dining experience. To top it off, I highly recommend the classic cheesecake for dessert—it was delightful!"

"This restaurant is located at the old Bankers' Club facilities in the financial sector of San Juan. It has the best city view of any restaurant in town. Ruth's Chris menu is the same just about everywhere, so you know what to expect. It is the view and the crowd which is still the old Bankers Club crowd what essentially makes this such a great place to have lunch or dinner. I am not sure whether the day view or the night view is the best. You will have to decide that by yourself. So, a good idea is to get there by 6:00 pm; go to the bar for drinks and watch the sunset and then stay for dinner. Believe me, it really doesn't get much better than that."

"great time in bar area with cocktails by brandon great old fashion and cosmos! dragged to the left into the wide dining room and taken over by victor and our waiter micheal. beautiful free time pace of another round, apps of crab filled mushrooms and meerrote ahi thun. both were excellent! moved to the entreen and all were cooked on request for perfection. framed spinach, kartoffeln au gratin, excellent lobster mac n cheese! wrapped with brotpudding and their cheesecakes both were great! all in all a great culinary and culinary experience that we cannot wait for. thank you. michael when they won these four back with their service and professionalism. a great night with friends!"

"I hosted my daughter's party at this restaurant last year and it was a hit. We decided to have her party there again today. All the guests enjoyed the food and I made sure to recommend this place to everyone. This time, I opted for delivery and the lady who delivered the food was so kind. She even chatted with us about dog biscuits, which was unexpected but nice. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and overall it was a great experience."

"great ny strip steak and service we always wanted to taste one of these steak houses, and this was close to our hotel. we liked that they could share a steak, so we tried the NY strip with a sweet potato casrole. it was excellent and cooked to order. we treated and shared the peanut butter cake that was very good. we got super service from their employees, and although the meal was expensive, it was good value."
