"Ruths is one of my Favorites. The 11oz filet is what I get every time. This experience was shockingly bad. Not to mention the “regional manager” was also there. Sitting at the bar eating then wandering around watching TV. The bartender said they were understaffed and people had called out. He was the only bartender so I don’t fully fault him for the bad service. He was very apologetic and nice. Took me about 15 minutes to get a menu, a water and a dirty goose (that tasted awful too much olive juice). About out 25 mins longer for my chop salad to come out the fried onions tasted burnt and the dressing seemed off also. Then my steak finally came. Looked like 3 small filets mushed together, ha...
