"Met a friend for dinner after work. They allowed her to look at a menu while she waited for me. When we ordered, I could see the teamwork. A Male manager took Deborah's order, answered questions for me to decide, then had to answer an incoming call. Clemencia stepped in to take my order as soon as she could tell I was ready. And when I asked her opinion between their chili and their new turkey chili, she didn't just tell me which she liked, but she gave me an example of how she enjoyed each one. With her recommendation, I ordered a bowl of turkey chili with my panini and took home the rest of my turkey chili to enjoy later. After working all day, where I am the expert and make decisions to assist my customers, it was very helpful and pleasant to have expert Clemencia help me make a dinner decision that I enjoyed."

"We only made one trip to the salad bar. My husband's "roasted" sandwich was not even warm. We paid $30 for a small sandwich and a visit to the salad bar. The tea was diluted and flavorless. I'm not sure about this place."

"The food was good, but it is way overpriced for how much food you get. It looks like a lot in one bowl, but it's 70% rice with barely any fish. I ate for 30 minutes and 25 of those were eating rice. Highly recommend, go to H-mart, get a pound of sushi grade fish for $15 and make two properly proportioned bowls for the same price you get mostly rice at this place."

"The food and service were satisfactory. The restaurant has an interesting concept but leans more towards fast food rather than a full service dining experience. My wife ordered a bowl, but was served a burrito instead, so we both ended up with sushi burritos. They essentially just seemed like oversized sushi rolls. Our son had a children's meal where he could choose his own ingredients. Overall, it was good but not exceptional."

"Okay so, I 'm about to say a lot of positive things about a place that I 'm giving 3/5 stars, so I 'll start with the ONE reason why my ranking is this 'low ': the cost of the bowl vs. the ratio of fish to rice. That was really disappointing. Other than that, everything that came on the Island Tuna Poke #1) bowl was super tasty. I 'd be interested to try it as a roll next time to see if I like the rice vs. stuff ratio a bit more in that format. I just had a slight issue with paying $15 for a big bowl of 75% rice when every other topping they offer even the ones alongside the fish) were very yummy and could have been doubled in quantity. I will say, if you 're hungover after attending some post conference festivities in the area and need something cool but filling the next day this is the stop to make!"
