"The food and service were satisfactory. The restaurant has an interesting concept but leans more towards fast food rather than a full service dining experience. My wife ordered a bowl, but was served a burrito instead, so we both ended up with sushi burritos. They essentially just seemed like oversized sushi rolls. Our son had a children's meal where he could choose his own ingredients. Overall, it was good but not exceptional."

I love the customizable sushi burrito rolls at this restaurant! You can choose your own ingredients, including many vegetable options, tofu, and most sauces are vegan (except aioli). If unsure, feel free to ask for clarification.

I really enjoy the large sushi rolls at this restaurant! They are the size of burritos and you can customize them to your liking. There are plenty of vegetable options, tofu, and most of the sauces are vegan (except for aioli). If you're unsure about any of the ingredients, feel free to ask.

I absolutely adore the Big Roll at this restaurant! It's a sushi roll the size of a burrito that you can customize to your liking. There are plenty of vegetable options, as well as tofu, and most of the sauces are vegan-friendly (just be aware that the aioli is not). If you're unsure about any ingredients, feel free to ask the staff for clarification.

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"
