"I was extremely disappointed with my first experience at this restaurant. None of the dishes I ordered tasted fresh, with the rice having a sticky and old texture. Unfortunately, I bit into the sunomono without checking it first and discovered mold in my mouth, forcing me to immediately spit it out. It was clear that the food had been prepared days in advance and not properly inspected before being served. Out of the five items I ordered, only one was edible. I had hoped to support this local restaurant, but after this experience, I cannot see myself returning. It's a shame, as there are many other dining options to consider."
