"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I had lunch at the Colorado Sake Company on a Saturday. The food (dim sum, sushi, and mochi for dessert) was excellent, the sake (blueberry hibiscus and peach whiskey) was incredibly tasty and refreshing, and the service was wonderful. We can't wait to return!

The staff... specifically Shelby and Tori were so amazingly informative and helpful. Never having done a sake tasting their knowledge helped me make some delicious choices. We sampled many items on the menu from 3 different sashimi's to the edamame dumplings (Tori's recommendation) were delicious. A MUST visit if you're in the RiNo area

I had a fantastic time here! They do Izakaya (tapas) style food, which is great for a light meal, a meal with friends to share, or girl dinner.The sakes were very nice! Rio was behind the bar and was very helpful with choosing which sakes to try! They have dry, spicy, sweet, so there's a Sake for everyone! They also do Sake flights and cocktails!I don't come across Sake breweries terribly often in the US, so this was a real treat!They have patio seating, which is dog friendly, and a super cool Jazz band on Thursdays.They have many vegetarian options, most of which can be vegan.
