The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, allowing my mom to decorate the table with birthday napkins and decorations. To kick off the meal, they presented a sizzling pan of delectable buttery rolls a word of caution: they're so good that you might want to save room for the main course!Exploring the appetizers, I decided to try their Shanghai Style Fried Calamari, and it was truly a revelation. Despite not being a seafood enthusiast, I was pleasantly surprised by them. Unlike the usual breaded and fried versions, these were coated in a delightful sweet chili glaze, which made them incredibly flavorful.I also tried the wedge salad, which was refreshing and satisfying. Moving on to the main event, I opted for the prime porterhouse steak. The cut was fantastic, with well rendered fat that enhanced the overall flavor. As a personal weakness for creamed corn, I couldn't resist ordering it as a side, along with the Brussels sprouts.All in all, Del Friscos provided an exceptional dining experience.
