"We had friends from California who never had Jeni, and they said it was the best ice cream they ever had. I guess it's easy to take the best things you have nearby, but I always loved this place. Large tasting ice cream with very unique aromas and seasonal rotating options. The staff is always super friendly."

"As a tourist, I was randomly wandering along the King Street and spotted this shop. Of course I can't resist any ice cream so I decided to give it a try. The place have nice setting with seating area. I asked the staff to try two flavors (Coffee With Cream Sugar and Brown Butter Almond Brittle) first and I like both instantly. I usually not in favor of brown butter, but the one in Jeni's is so tasty and not too sweet. The staff is nice and patient and gave me big scoops. The shop also provides self served water. Very thoughtful of them. They also have 2 neutral gender restrooms for customers to use and they are well maintained."

"Wow! Was not expecting an adorable freezer bag in order to keep my pints cold, and as a bonus it smells like waffle cones . I do wish that a couple of spoons could have been provided. I work at a nearby hospital and have no where to get a spoon since the cafeteria is closed on night shift. Ice cream is 10/10"

"Delicious ice-cream.? On Friday evening (June 2nd 2023) at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in Oakbrook Center, I watched my waffle bowl of very little ice-cream left, fall off my table.
