"Delicious ice-cream.? On Friday evening (June 2nd 2023) at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in Oakbrook Center, I watched my waffle bowl of very little ice-cream left, fall off my table. I was exhausted and was a little clumsy. A young gentleman helped me pick some up off the ground. Again, thank you very much. I was embarrassed and really shy. Thank you. I’m glad kind strangers like you still exist."

Employees have bad hygiene. It’s all kids working there and the guy making the cones was scratching his face without changing his gloves. I informed the cashier and the manager who didn’t seem to care. I saw the dude make 6 10 cones with dirty gloves after scratching his face. Disgusting

Waited waaay tooooo long ..every body getting samples.. I just LEFT. . Why make paying customers wait 35min in 100° weather for icecream.. it was a joke.. leaving out I saw these super small scoops of icecream tge size of a large walnut shell... i guess they think people will buy more if u sell it one drop at a time .goodbye.
