"We wanted something new for a breakfast place, and Crossroads Diner went beyond our expectations. First, Crystal was a sweetheart and provided amazing service. Next, the food. I'm a snob about biscuits. They're one of my specialties to make and have never had one in a restaurant I like. Well, I just one!! Very good, and you can tell they're homemade with texture and volume. The sausage (homemade there also was SO good and the patties were good size and fried perfectly. Potatoes were a little dry and slightly burnt (but with no bad taste . However, the man at another table...I could tell his were perfect, so the cooks must have just let them go a little too long. I can live with that, because the biscuit was so good. : My husband had a fritata, he was very pleased. And then there are the pancakes. These were superb! So many times in restaurants they are greasy. These were very good. Coffee was excellent, not your typical restaurant coffee. We will definitely be back. Fun place."
