"UPDATE to BUSINESS RESPONSE: I drove past and the line was on the road, so I decided to give them an attempt. While I heard they were on FYI Philly, so the line explains. I came in line before opening (noon) and ordered three plates (2 ribs (poor and beef) 1 pulled pork plate. I was told, 20 minutes waiting for my order. That should have been 12:20. Twenty minutes later and beyond turned into 1:33 PM when I finally got my food. Now let's eat, the food is definitely overpriced and the portions are small. The bovine ribs were overboiled and dry. Mac and cheese and green were good. The grain bread I could have done without. It was overly sweet and burned. How black and burned. Whomever sent the piece of corn bread out, was dead. I'll update to the other two records later. The service was very slow. The staff was unorganized and gave people the wrong / incomplete commands. Customers went home who lived outside of Philly to return the wrong orders and get missing items. Customers who made/paid orders yesterday waited when I left. I think they are overwhelmed by the demand since their FYI Philly function and must meet the demand and adjust more help. The combination of slow service, overpriced food, small portions and overcooked ribs is not enough for me. The staff was nice and friendly, but this is not enough to return customers. I wish them the best and hope they improve at all levels. - That's it. Please see photos and reception. MY OWN BY MY NAME. I am the customer you gave on the pulled pork bar greens that were supposed to be beans. When I asked about one side of a string of beans, the employee with the refugees and the owner woman wanted to take my whole bag with three plates to remove the green. I refused to give you? not digging through my food to remove greens. You don't accept taking food that left your kitchen behind. I think it's in the garbage. The owner's wife then said that you were? I'll be free. I said yes and it was your fault. Can I get a page of string beans so I can go? She then said I understand what you were doing and brought out the green. I wanted to keep this for me, but since you don't know how to take a review and improve your business here you go. EAT and WASSER on your OWN RISK. Oh, it's about CHECK MY REVIEWS. You're crazy. Before you come with a lie, I gave my king a piece of this dry beef and what you see in his pulled pork plate. I ate the greens you wanted to get back. Oh, I almost forgot why the owner's wife had for the long waiting period today, that the coal was wet and they didn't know."
