"this place is an overpaid staff away from being fantastic. we waited for a bed for a table without confirmation from the staff, the server delivered a good service, but lacked the friendly demeanor that makes for a good experience to eat. the food was excellent, although brot and salate came out 15 minutes after the order and no refills were offered until the meal was over. I understand that this is difficult for employees now, so I give 5 stars to be understated for the effort they have produced."

"Long time New Yorker growing up with going to kosher or kosher style deli places. Deli counter on one side, table/booth seating on other side. Cole slaw and pickles offered to table for munching while one decides what to order and waiting for your food (refills given when requested). Not only brought back good memories but food was good and wait staff was excellent. If you want a New York kosher deli experience along with the food, then this is the place."

"Wow, I was truly impressed by this place! It has that iconic New Jersey deli vibe, with classic dishes on the menu. I opted for the chicken soup and the roasted veggie sandwich. The portions are generous, so I'll definitely have leftovers to enjoy later, which I'm really looking forward to. The prices are very reasonable, and you can tell the food is made with care. The service was exceptional as well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I plan to return more often. I can't wait to try their Mexican menu in the evenings!"

"personally it’s a 10/10 would recommend trying this place out I love the food but I’ve only tried the pizza puff and the cheeseburger so I’m speaking on those two Items the cheeseburger 10/10 I don’t like cheeseburgers they’re too much for me but the photos on DoorDash made me curious so I ordered it, let me tell you its perfect it’s not under cooked and not overcooked it’s just perfect and it’s not greasy greasy I can taste everything on the sandwich which I love cause the meat isn’t overpowering the whole sandwich but if you’re a cheeseburger person who likes them meaty, greasy, and messy, cook out with you family style or whatever this sandwich might not be for you but you should try it out anyways it won’t hurt you also the pizza puff is perfect too I have no cons for this place so far"

"The food is subpar to many spots in the neighborhood. The way Francos allows their delivery drivers to park on all corners of the intersection well past the crosswalks and curb cuts is really a shame to the neighborhood. Really only affects the local kids and elders if anyone around here cares ab them.Kid-friendliness: 42 pedestrian deaths last year in philly."

"Last Thursday, March 25, at 7:05 PM, the two servers turned off the lights, even though the sign on the door indicated that they were open until 8:00 PM. It's disappointing, especially since I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years. I’m happy to hear that a new New York deli is opening on the corner of Brighton and Ocean Avenue, where the new shops have been built next to the bandstand. Another lost customer added to the tally!"

"We were greeted by a friendly staff. We were seated quickly for a Friday night. Seating at the table was comfortable but the floor was slippery I’m not sure if it’s built up grease or a cleaning agent. The restaurant appeared to be clean. We were given cold pizza bread and regular rolls that were also cold. It could be really good if they would heat it before serving. The salads were small and very leafy I would have preferred iceberg since the salad was filled with leaves. They were also out of sweet sour dressing. We ordered traditional pasta with meat sauce and the Lasagna Classico. They charged an additional $2.50 for the meat sauce for the traditional pasta which barely existed. You can see in the photo the meat sauce may as well have been non existent. The flavor was decent and cooked Al dente I would ask them to cook the pasta longer if I return. The Lasagna was good and plenty of cheese. Our dining was definitely not worth the $40 that we paid for the evening. Still looking for that amazing local Italian restaurant!"

"one of the coziest spots in philly imo. My date and I came in search of cheesesteaks and they delivered. Some of the best sandwiches we've had in town, and their fries are also delicious. Also just a shoutout to the girl working the front counter; amazing service and kindness."
