"We were hoping for a good experience at this restaurant for a few reasons: the pricing is reasonable, it is conveniently located near us, and the owners/management are very friendly. However, after ordering a few times, we have come to realize that the crust is consistently soggy and not crispy. As a native New Yorker, this is strange to me. We even tried reheating the pizza in our oven at home, but the bottom crust still remained soggy. Despite the disappointing crust, the toppings on the pizza were delicious. The cheese and sauce were enjoyable. It is unfortunate that the crust does not meet our expectations. If you don't mind a soggy bottom crust, then this place might work out for you. We had high hopes, but unfortunately, the pizza fell short."
