"the server we had was nice, but that was terrible. I had the scorpion pfeffer burger but I didn't want to tweak, but from any reason the scorpion pfeffersoße was mixed with the wobbles. I guess it couldn't be separated as the server said because it didn't come. the whole food was lukewarm/cold and the brownie with ice, the brownie was rock hard. If I had no birthday reward, I wouldn't have gone. Now I remember why I'm not going here."

"The restaurant was spotless, we sat at the bar. We ordered a snack to have while shopping. I had the teriyaki chicken burger with fries and a side salad. My husband and I split it and found it to be just the right amount of food. It was incredibly tasty and they even split it for us into two separate dishes, which we appreciated. "2 STARS 3. Once a Charm Hindsight is 20/20 I am uncomfortable and in the toilet within an hour of eating a Red Robin Burger. 5 STAAT Excellent customer service. The food tastes good. And the patronage is pleasant. Only the correct amount of employees responsible for the number of customers. The bar section was over 50% full when I left and people patiently waited to sit. I ordered the Guacamole Bacon Burger cooked with a little pink. Although the burger was well made, the beef was not hard. The Freckled Lemonade was sweet and tasty. The accompanying Bottomless Fries were groundless in deed. I didn't have to ask for more, and I didn't finish the original pommes before I brought more pommes. The mousse for the Mud Pie was unexpected and pleasantly firm, not mousse like consistency at all. But with that height, the better likely. I didn't order mine too nice with a simple caramel puzzle. Delicious. The servers that broke out my food and drink were quite different from the 'Serrina' server on my reception. In any case, all employees worked well together. Bravo! I will return and probably not alone. Note: You have table surface devices that allow to demand beverage refills, order food, dessert(s), play games and pay, etc."

"It had been a while since I had last visited this restaurant, and now I remember why. My dining companion and I ordered simple burgers and fries, along with water and a coke. We were surprised to be charged $3.00 extra for a gluten free bun. Although I don't mind paying for dietary restrictions, walking out of the restaurant with a $42.00 bill for two burgers, fries, and a coke seemed excessive. As for the food, the burgers were lukewarm, the pretzel bun was stale, and the cheese sauce for the pretzel bun was cold. Additionally, the fries were also cold. It was evident that the food had been prepared in advance and left to sit. The service was decent, but overall the experience felt more like fast food than a sit-down restaurant."

"not terrible. had the wolverine’special burger with Ghost-Chili-Pfeffer and garlauchfries. overall the meal was tolerable. the vegetables on the burger were very fresh and crispy, the taste of the meat was through and there was enough heat without exaggerating the average American food. fries fell a bit short in the garlic aroma department, but I am a real lover of garlic. the real winner of the night was the barkeeper and our server (jack). nothing like a jack and coke with a minimum amount of coks! "the best red robin we have eaten for at least one year. this is the best red robin we ate for at least a year. we have seen a decline as they went to the new plate, the burger in a small wrap around and the stupid bottomless pommese metal shell. Finally, a red robin, which relies on the old quality standard. Six adult and two children for lunch. a child had mac and cheese and the other two maishunde. four chicken burgers, a burger (mine) and a chicken sluice for the adult. we were all very happy with our food. our server has been reworked, which was obvious, but our needs are treated with enough time. we're coming back."

However, I would recommend that management inform their employees of out-of-stock items. I was disappointed when I tried to order Mud Pie for dessert, only to find out they were out. It was frustrating that even my server, Aaron, was unaware until he went to check with the kitchen. "I have visited this restaurant that has a customer and as a delivery driver. I often return to her bluta croissant sandwich. I love how fresh all ingredients are, I never find anything devastated or less ripe than it should be, and the parts of all ingredients are perfect. the croissant is always perfect texture, robust enough to hold a sandwich together, but never hard or dry. Sweet kartoffel fries are fantastic I think I could eat on those all day! their regular fries are also delicious. the burgers are also very good and quite large. Unfortunately, they have a fairly limited dessert menu, and what they have is really very expensive for dessert elements. everything on the Dessert menu is between $10 and $12. that seems really high for a piece of cake or a few cronuts. at the moment they have only four items on the Dessert menu and two of them are the same thing in different quantities. as a delivery driver I had good and bad experiences. they have a nice little waiting area for us to sit in which is not something else I appreciate. but I expect to wait between 5 and 10 minutes when I pick up an order from there. I don't think I've waited more than 15. the employees usually ignore us when we enter and go to the waiting area. they are not unfriendly, but also not very friendly."

It was amazed that we were sitting in less than 15 minutes when another restaurant on the street said 90 minutes. Just two disadvantages. 1) RR is made of corn chips, so no artichoke diver tonight. 2) Our food has been delayed. Table next to us ordered after we did, but was almost by the time our food arrived. "Been here a handful of times. Every time we go to this particular location, it's always gives us an odd experience. My family and I go to Red Robin a lot! So we know what a Red Robin experience should feel like. It's usually an awesome time, that's why we prefer Red Robin as our main family restaurant and we keep coming back. But this location sucks especially this last time we went. We tried to give a shot since it was the closest one to us at the time. From the very start, the seating and greeting from the hostesses was bad. We checked in, hostess told us nonchalantly that it will be a few minutes. Didn't bother to ask us for our name or number. As more people started to roll in, they were asked for their name and number to ensure proper seating. We kindly reminded them that we had been waiting for a while and maybe they should take our name. When we did that, they responded as if we were rushing them and being rude. We just wanted to be acknowledged and give us an honest wait time. Other parties continued to walk in and get seated before us, even larger parties. Makes no sense. From now on, we would even make the extra effort to drive out further to another Red Robin location if we have to. This place will no longer get our business!"
