"I am giving this restaurant a 4-star rating based on previous experiences. I apologize for only reviewing when things go wrong, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. In the past, my visits to this restaurant have been excellent. However, during my most recent visit, I placed a to-go order at 11:00am and arrived at 11:38 only to be told that it would be an hour wait for one item. I was perplexed as to why my order, placed well in advance of my half-hour lunch break, was not ready upon my arrival. Despite the small number of customers in the restaurant, my order had not been processed. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order as I could not afford to wait an hour. I have enjoyed the food at this restaurant in the past, particularly the delicious stuffed hashbrown, but this recent experience has left me hesitant to return, as I cannot risk wasting my limited break time."
