"I am giving this restaurant a 4-star rating based on previous experiences. I apologize for only reviewing when things go wrong, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. In the past, my visits to this restaurant have been excellent. However, during my most recent visit, I placed a to-go order at 11:00am and arrived at 11:38 only to be told that it would be an hour wait for one item. I was perplexed as to why my order, placed well in advance of my half-hour lunch break, was not ready upon my arrival. I went to a restaurant where the menu states that they offer free refills on hot coffee and tea. However, when I asked for a second tea bag, our server, Suki, insisted on charging me for it. I found this to be ridiculous and called the corporate Customer Service line to file a complaint. Although they followed up with an email thanking me for my feedback, there was no offer for a complimentary cup of tea on my next visit.
