"Attention Gluten free pizza lovers!! We really enjoyed this place. They had a gluten free deep dish pizza that was honestly pretty good (I?m don?t normally eat gluten free). They also had some incredible bread they served us before the pizza came out. The place was quaint and totally refreshing compared to some other big name pizza places (which are still good, don?t get me wrong). Attaching some photos of the pizza vibe. "Trattoria Bolu has always been one of our favorite places! There are so many delicious items you choose. Some of our favorites are: Sausage Reisbälle Lemon Caesar Salat Orecchiette mit Wodka Sauce Avocado Toast (best I have ever! Min. Arnold Palmer And only for any pizza they make! I love the pizza sampler. You can choose 4 different types and they make it a whole cake. It is a great way to try out all their different pizzas. The multi-grained pizza crust is also good. The restaurant has many tables to eat inside when it is warm, they also have outdoor seating. If you go on a Friday or Saturday, it will be busy, sometimes we make a reservation. They are always very accommodating. Try it in any case:"

"We've been organic food nanny customers for years. Since it went pick-your-meals we've been “less consistent” about ordering, but we still do most weeks. Well, today, with the 10 inches of snow, the U.S. Post Office didn't deliver our mail despite their motto, but Piato got us our food nanny! They parked a block away and brought it through the snow (in full-body snow gear and boots), but they got it here successfully!"

"My friend and I decided to check out this restaurant for brunch. We opted for the 12 inch T Rex pizza, which came with sausage and pepperoni. The pizza was good, not the best we've ever had, but certainly better than chain restaurants. We also tried a panini sandwich with fig and prosciutto, which was a bit greasy on the outside. The portion size was decent for one person and it came with a side of chips. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the sandwich as much because it seemed like a battle between saltiness and sweetness. The recipe could use some tweaking to achieve better balance. Overall, the restaurant had a fun and laid-back atmosphere that we enjoyed."
