"This is my new ?fave? restaurant! Every-time I try to dine here it is always packed and a long wait. So I decided to go during happy hour. They weren?t many people there. I didn?t have one dislike from the interior to the food. Our waitress was AWESOME and attentive. Their food was really good and their bubbly booze are my new go-to drink. Their bread was fresh and warm. Their truffle fries were really good. My kids enjoyed their chicken tenders and fries. Their chicken tenders were a really good size. I had the chicken pasta and added a piece of salmon. It exceeded my expectations. I will be back. Update I went back for the second time and it was better than the first time. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and food."

"Tableside Gourmet All the Way!!! I was given the task of planning a family vacation consisting of 17 members ranging from 21 to 93 and with multiple dietary restrictions, needless to say, a handful. Luckily for me, I found Tableside Gourmet! From the moment I connected with Kevin, he was professional, customer service oriented, and accommodating. He never had a no. He guided me through the countless items he has on his site, and assisted me in putting together some incredibly delicious menus for the three dinners I was planning. I did a Mexican night, Surf Turf night, and BBQ night. One was better than the next. The freshest seasonal ingredients, all deliciously curated and executed. He's not only talented in the kitchen but a delight to chat with if you are one of those who loves to watch the magic as it happens. By the end of the vacation, the family couldn't decide their favorite appetizer, main dish or desserts. They were all too good to be true. Thank you again Kevin for such memorable meals during our wonderful vacation. Hope someday to see you again soon and enjoy more of your delectable creations."

"We recently moved into the area and had friends come from out of town. We decided to try Tito's Italian grill and we will not be going back. To not be greeted for 30 minutes, be asked multiple times how to split 4 people's check down the middle 2 ways, then have us each charged 16.42 for a 108 dollar bill, to be promised dessert for the long wait then never be offered or discounted was super crazy. We flagged down the server to correct the bill because we are not shady people but most people would have taken the lower tab and left but then had to come back again and ask how we were splitting it and I gave up and just gave him my card. This server was like running everywhere and all the support staff was strolling by. We made eye contact with so many support staff and no one ever came to our table. I'm a server in a nice restaurant and a part of the job is being aware, I notice when other servers have been taken to long to get to a table or if a guest looks like they need help. I suggest more training all around. It's really sucks because the food was good and area super nice but your team needs lots of training . Def a bummed experience but thankful there's lots of other options in town to try instead."

"I've been here 2x's...and after the 2nd time I definitely will not be returning. The first time I walked up to the counter and said good morning...silence. I waited for a few beats. I said it again b/c maybe my mask muffled the sound it didn't). Still nothing. Finally someone said yes..I was turned off but still ordered my bagel. I was ordering a coffee elsewhere. So I went to counter to pay and the guy just said no, you need more stuff to pay by card. I have no problem with that but he was hella rude. Now, I decided to go back today. Thinking maybe it was an off day the last time. I walk up to the counter I say good morning... and got nothing. I waited a few beats and then someone asked if I was being helped. I said not yet. I was asked what did I want...I asked the gentleman if they had beef sausage. He rolled his eyes and said we have the round patties...which isn't a response to my question. I said and that's pork correct. He said yes and rolled his eyes. I was gonna just order an egg sandwich with turkey bacon, but the guy looked so annoyed. I thought why spend my money here when the customer service is a mess. I took a deep breath and said nevermind, I'll go somewhere else. The guy then threw his utensil down. Sir, you're doing the most. So yeah, I'm still I'm the market for a deli in my new work area."

"wow is the first thing that comes to get the understood from the service to eating, I was not disappointed at all, it was a good opportunity to celebrate my birthday our sverses innocence and sage were amazing that they both made that we all needed and make sure that we knew all the fantastic choices that we could choose the cocktail for the sommer was delicious I am not a big water. my lambchops were perfect, I was excited that later I could take a little home. Of course, they didn't disappoint us that I'm back next time."

"Service was horrendous. The hostess was the one cleaning the tables and floor. She cleaned 3 tables in a row while we waited instead of cleaning one, sitting us and then cleaning the other two since no one else was waiting. The food took almost an hour to arrive and they were not that busy. I did not see anyone that looked like a manager. This appears to be another employee run restaurant that will probably fail like the 4 previous restaurants at same location because a manager was not there to make sure things were running smoothly."

"This is a gem of a restaurant located in town in Troutman. I have never eaten in the building, but have picked up food from Pellegrino's probably about 10 times. It's always delicious and the serving sizes are large. They have always gotten my order correct, even when extremely busy. It is priced reasonably in my opinion, given the large portions and consistently great food."

"Service was slow very few patrons. Two customers to a table. six customers all together in the restaurant. Three waitresses, 1 backup who delivered the food to the table, refilled drinks and took care of the patron and cleared the table dirty dishes. He was on top of it great job. The backup also brought out the containers filled them with the leftovers, to take home. Also brought the bill out and took it back to the cashier. What is going on with these waitresses. Did they have to cook? Did they have to do dishes? Whenever"

"I was in my list and tried today. Great makeover. Friendly people. Pizza was really good, little fat, but super delicious. Got a little from the menu.salad was good and had a lot of chicken in it. Sub and frits (meat ball and cheese) and slice of chocolate mousse cake. Happy with everything. Prices are comparable to other similar restaurants. It definitely goes to my list of go to fast and delish food. Beautiful addition to the area. You can dip or run. You should check it."
