"I have coeliac disease so visiting this restaurant was a MUST for me.Though restaurants have become MUCH more savvy and accommodating about the gluten issue, it still requires explanation , and the risk of an uneducated server/kitchen still exists, with disastrous results for the unfortunate client. There is still confusion because so many healthy people. use this as a fad diet really?? It's often higher in calories ....)as opposed to a medical necessity. There are also people who do not have coeliac per se, but do have some type of gluten sensitivity/allergy causing them discomfort etc though they don't have actual gut damage as in coeliac disease. Long/short, at this restaurant, that anxiety is minimised, and the food is great!"
