"Disappointed the lobby was closed until further notice because I was on a lunch break and had to eat in my car. Tried the new honey chicken sandwich and it was alright but nothing special. A little dry since the drizzle of spicy honey is really the only condiment. Couldn't taste the cheese either because of the honey. $8 for just the sandwich which is a bit pricey, but everything at Carl's is a little pricey these days. They should really offer more promos/coupons like McDonald's and Burger King does on their apps. I would probably give this trip a 3 star, but the Western Bacon Cheeseburger has a special place in my heart so I'll go easy."

"Idk if they are slaughtering the cow in the back or baking bread for every order but the past 5 times I've came here its taken 20+ minutes in the drive thru for a single combo. I've had cars honk at me and get parked after waiting 10 minutes. I thought itwas a staffing issue at first so didn't complain but there's been 6 people chillin in the back the last few times so I don'tunderstand why there's such a long wait for 3 items"

"I suggest you save your time and drive an extra five minutes to Carl's Jr. on Baseline instead. The food there is significantly better and was still fresh by the time I got home. "I tried the Big Carl Burger which has 2 beef patties, special sauce, American cheese, and lettuce. It was a bit plain for my taste so I asked for mayo instead of cheese. However, it was still delicious and satisfying, especially when paired with a cherry coke. I ordered the combo meal but was too full to also have the fries and chocolate cake at the moment."

"there are shooks are terrible, and the costumer service is terrible, burger are terrible. Your hair is the only thing that's decent. we arranged a shake and it was watery and they told us that it was the dripping cream in the rule made it thicker. which does not make sense, then the lady told us that they simply put in the ice so that it is soft. they never made us another one and just left us with an aqueous shake, and burger tasted like they were eating out all day."

"I ordered a Famous Star Beyond Burger as I don't eat meat however I was given a Famous Star Burger. I tried 5-times calling them over the phone with no success as it turns into a fax number. I also tried calling the District Manager's number which is on the receipt however it is disconnected. I will take a personal visit there again tomorrow and return their burger."

"When we placed our order we asked for ranch and didn?t get any, also our fuze raspberry teas tasted sour and nasty. When we got home we were getting out of the car and didn?t realize the lid on one of our drinks wasn?t placed on completely so my bf endeddropping it once he got out of the car, and when we started eating we didn?t realize the green burrito lid was not on all theway and the bag it came in was wet and gross from the green sauce leaking out, so not the best experience I?ve had from carls jri am a little disappointed ??"

"This is my regular Carl's Jr. that I go to. Normally they mess up my order about 1/4 of the time I go. Ok, I can live with that, it's human error. But tonight I bought the charbroiled chicken combo and the famous star combo.and the charbroiled chicken club was not fresh. There was nothing good about it. The lettuce was wilted and gross the bun was as flat as a tortilla. It must have sat around for a while. It was awful. I also ordered 2 criss cut fries and got 2 french fries. The famous star is always good, they don't usually mess that up. But after paying $32 for 2 meals I want good quality food for that price.And I probably paid extra for criss cut fries. Come on Carl's Jr. Do better for your customers. This Carl's has struggled with doing better since it opened. Get it together already."

"The best burgers for a food chain restaurant. They're all my favorites I like all. Even the Chicken Club. This place closes too early, but the ride thru remains open. Service is good and the minimum wage staff is as professional as they come. Excellent food and get fat experience back again and again. "The food is quite good, and the interior is super clean, but I?m leaving this review because ? sneakily ? and without even a note on the credit card reader of an added credit card fee of $1 per transaction this Carl?s Jr. wants to offset their feespaid to Visa MasterCard by charging the consumer a fee which would be fine if there was a notice and or verbal communicationfrom the employee when a credit card is used. I think the worst part of it is that on the receipt, it doesn?t show the fee, butafter logging into to my credit card online, there?s the $1 charge ? clear as day!! Completely maddening. "1st time visiting this Carl's Jr near my granddaughters High School. We went thru the drive thru to order her something for a snack after school. There were onky 2 cars ahead of us but tge lune seemed to take over 12+ minutes. She got a cheeseburger kids meal for $6 that included a cheeseburger, fries, and small drink. She said it was worth the wait! It was worth what I paid so we will be back."

"I absolutely love Carl's Jr.! I didn’t try it until they introduced the Beyond Famous Star burger (vegetarian), and now I find myself visiting regularly. This burger is honestly the BEST vegetarian burger I've ever had, and it's available through the drive-thru, which is a huge plus. The service is always quick, and the staff are consistently friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious; today, my meal was served HOT and tasted like it was made just for me. What sets the Beyond Famous Star apart from other fast food veggie burgers is the high-quality, crisp lettuce they use, along with thick, flavorful buns. The sauce is superior to what you find at other fast food chains, and it comes with fresh tomato and onion (which you can easily customize if you prefer to skip those). Overall, I rate my experience a solid 5 out of 5 every time I visit this location. Plus, they have a drive-thru and handicap parking, making it convenient for everyone!"
